Loch Associates Group, headquartered in Tunbridge Wells, has hired a new Director of Strategy and Delivery, to help spearhead the company after doubling in size and turnover in the last three years.
Business growth heavyweight, James Bradshaw, has joined as the Director of Strategy and Delivery and will be implementing a 3-year growth plan for the business. James will be overseeing the wider business strategy, partnerships and approaches, as well as supporting further expansion in the South-East and London
Formerly Head of Business Development and Marketing at established London law firm, Thackray Williams, James brings with him more than 20 years of business development and marketing experience.

Across the next few weeks, James will carry out an internal strategy audit, develop and implement new infrastructure systems, and refine Loch Associate Group’s approach.
The appointment comes amidst new milestones for Loch Associates Group, which recently rebranded and launched a new website, to highlight its unique position as a ‘one stop shop’ for its clients.
The company’s services include Business and Employment Law, Immigration, HR Consultancy, Health and Safety, Training and Wellbeing and Mediation Services. Recognising that organisations are now investing more in the development of their people, Loch Associates Group had also created a dedicated Training and Wellbeing division as part of the rebrand, offering a wide range of training services to help their clients invest in and develop their staff.
Loch Associates Group was founded by Pam Loch in 2007. She started the business from her bedroom, with nothing but a laptop to kick-start the business. Today, the business has grown to become the South East’s leading award-winning multi-service law firm with offices in Kent, Sussex and London employing 30 staff.
